Syria: "Gay man" pushed from top of 7-storey building by ISIS militants

ISIS militants throw man off 7-storey building for being gay
Islamic State militants have reportedly thrown another gay man off a building, who was then stoned to death after surviving the fall.

New images have emerged that show two masked men hurling the man from a seven-storey tower.

The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights quoted a source as saying the man was killed in the Tal Abyad town in Raqqa, an ISIS stronghold.

The man, who appears to be in his 50s, was charged with having a 'homosexual affair.'

He was blindfolded and sat on a white plastic chair while the militants read out his 'judgement' before carrying out the sentence – throwing him from the highest point in the city.

After he survived the fall, the townsfolk, including women and children, circled him and stoned him to death.

It is the fourth execution for alleged homosexuality that the jihadist group has carried out in the last few weeks.
